Dil Se Di Dua... Saubhagyavati Bhava? is the story of the struggle of a girl named Jhanvi, who married an over possessive and mentally imbalanced husband called Viraj Dobriyal. She faces extreme domestic violence and torture from her husband. Jhanvi eventually fakes her own death and runs away from Viraj. Later, she meets Raghav, who helps her. He falls in love with her, but she remains unaware. Later Raghav's mother asks Jhanvi to stay in their house as Krish's (Raghav's older brother's son) governess. Eventually, Raghav's family and Jhanvi grew very close and Jhanvi was considered their family member. But as fate had, Viraj followed her there too and after much drama he got arrested while Jhanvi realized her love for Raghav. Viraj is was sent in mental asylum while Jhanvi and Raghav are married since the past one year.
Raghav's sister in-law, Komal has been killed by the same people who killed his brother, Dev. Raghav goes on a search to find who wanted revenge against his family and discovered it was ACP Saxena, who was indeed Rana. Viraj was aware of Rana's truth but Rana uses shock treatment on Viraj to make him forget this fact. Eventually, Viraj's mind turns to one like a 7 year-old has. Raghav gets Rana arrested but Viraj nearly got suffocated whilst being buried alive by Rana's men, as they think him to be acting. Raghav saves Viraj and CPR is used to resuscitate him. As a result, Viraj gains his memory back and still wants Jhanvi back. Later, everyone realises Viraj has gained his memory. While fighting with goons, Raghav gets hit by a bullet and dies and Viraj gets blamed for his murder. Viraj tries to tell everyone he did not kill Raghav but now Sia wants vengeance for his death. Now, Viraj wants Sia to say "I love you" to him so he posions her and tells her if she said it he'll save her. Sia who wants to live because she wants Raghav's death revenge but dosen't say because she loves Raghav and she would rather die than saying "I love you" to Viraj and then she says "I hate you!" and she dies, remembering the moments she had spent with Raghav.
